Sweet Gentle Spirit

I have so much joy right now. I am searching my brain to figure out what I have done right to have so much joy. Honestly, it has absolutely nothing to do with what I have done, other than maybe praying to God. I am reminded today that I only have a stick, as Moses only had a stick. The stick itself is powerless except for the anointing of God. God does divine healing, not us. God knows all things, not us. God is loving and kind, not us. I have hope because his sweet gentle spirit whispers to my soul. Songs of promises of a future, a destiny, and of his love for me he sings to me. Oh sweet gentle holy spirit, you are surely the best friend a soul can ever dream of. Talk to me holy spirit, guide me holy spirit, comfort me, teach me, correct me, just don’t ever leave me. “I’m not going anywhere” is his promise, and unlike man, he means it. Because of your sweet gentle spirit I have hope, and true joy. Without you holy spirit, life is dead and meaningless. Thank you Jesus for giving me life everlasting through your sweet gentle spirit. Thank you Father God for the gift of Jesus. You truly love mankind after all. We have a loving God. Our God is perfect! Our God is Magnificent. Our God deserves to be loved with all that within us. I praise you holy heavenly creator. Mmmmm during this whole entire lifetime of mine, I’ve never tasted anything sweeter. I love you. Be glorified. I am yours, use me to bring out the truth of you to all nations I pray. It is an honor to be called by your name. Amen.

Through life's challenges I have learned that Jesus really is the only one who can truly satisfy. Through his grace I have already achieved so much, and wish to include you all in my journey as I continue to press on towards the mark to which I was called. I hope that you can identify and share in my successes and even my failures. It is also my hope that you will see what a day in the life of a spirit filled believer looks like up close and personal. May you be blessed as I am blessed, and may you share in my anointed grace. God bless you as you read.
